They are designed to complement your overall mental health care plan. If you are currently taking medication, including medication for the treatment of postpartum depression or other mental health conditions, you should continue your treatment as directed by your healthcare provider. If you feel that your symptoms are worsening or if you have thoughts of harming yourself or others, please contact your healthcare provider, dial 911, or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

Video Chat: If you prefer a face-to-face conversation, you can schedule a video chat with your therapist at a time that works for you.* Both options allow you to get support when you need it, in a way that fits your schedule. If you need assistance with scheduling or messaging, feel free to contact our support team. *Two video therapy sessions are included. There, you’ll answer a few questions to help determine if MamaLift Plus is the right treatment for you. What do I need to be prepared for the consult? ID: Have a valid form of ID ready for verification. Payment: Have a payment method available. Please note that the fee for the virtual consult is separate from the cost of MamaLift Plus, and is similar to a typical copay for a doctor appointment. Once the consult is complete, you’ll receive a prescription if MamaLift Plus is deemed appropriate for your treatment needs.
